CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time of service are subject to a charge of 20.% of the cost of the schedules service. A credit card may be required to hold an appointment. Returned CHECK POLICY: All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 bounced check fee. If your check bounces and you do not remit payment for the service or product that you purchased within fourteen days, your check will be turned over to the Lake County District Attorney's Office for further action.
